At Padel Pop, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers.
Since our services include court bookings, coaching sessions, and event reservations, all
bookings are considered final once confirmed. Returns are not applicable to services already
rendered.
In case of any technical error, double booking, or service disruption caused by us, customers
may contact our support team for resolution.
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
● Duplicate payments
● System or technical errors during booking
● Cancellation initiated by Padel Pop due to operational or unforeseen issues
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for:
● Missed sessions
● Late arrivals
● Customer-initiated cancellations without prior notice
